Since the announcement of Hyvä Themes at Reacticon 2020, many merchants, agencies and developers have waited for this moment: The release of version 1.0 of Hyvä Themes. Up to now, only a few people and agencies had access to a pre-release version of Hyvä Themes, so they could make first experiences with the new frontend. The first shops on Hyvä Themes have already been finished.
Last but not least, everyone will be able to use Hyvä Themes soon. In order to celebrate, we organize a virtual release party which will also include lots of information for everyone who is interested in Hyvä.

Timetable
The talks will begin at 8 p.m. CET and end around 10 p.m.
The event will be hosted on the online platform “hopin”. The virtual doors will be opened at 7:45 p.m. for first informal exchange among the participants.
We haven’t set a fixed end time for the Hyvä release party. We won’t close the event as long as people are still talking and/or partying.

Exchange
Before and after the talks, there will be lots of opportunities to talk to other participants and the speakers. The platform which is used by us, hopin, offers several options for exchange – via chat, via video conference in small groups, or between two participants.
In order to have more time for exchange, we will open the event on hopin at 7:45 p.m.
Sessions
In multiple rooms, up to 9 participants can communicate via camera and microphone. We plan to have rooms for dedicated topics (i.e. development, checkout, business) as well as in different languages (English, German, Dutch). New rooms can be created quickly, by us or by the participants.
Networking
If you’d like to, you can be assigned to random other participants in the “Networking” area of the event. In that case, a video call will be started which can last up to 3 minutes. This is ideal for meeting new people or a short greeting of your acquaintances.
One-on-one
You can also talk to other participants directly via chat or video. The time for that is not restricted.
