The autumn months are often packed with conferences, meetups and other events. This year is no different for the Magento community. We have picked out some interesting events for you.
Adobe Developers Live
04.-05.10.2021 – Conference
06.10.2021 – Hackathon
For two days, a variety of Adobe employees and some community members will provide insights into innovations around Adobe Experience Cloud, Document Cloud and Creative Cloud. As part of Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Commerce is also on the agenda. Among other things, the new Contribution Model for Adobe Commerce will be explained and the event is therefore of interest to those in the Magento world who are more involved with Adobe Commerce.
The conference will be followed by a hackathon on 6th October, where you can actively participate in improving the solutions.

Meet Magento Romania – 08.10.2021
The Magento community thrives on its regional events, where national and international Magento enthusiasts present current topics. For many years, Meet Magento Romania has been a fixed date on the conference calendar. This year this event will take place online as well.

unKonf – 09.10.2021
Not Magento-specific, but organized by bitExpert, a German agency firmly rooted in the Magento world. That’s why this online conference is sure to feature many interesting topics relevant to our ecosystem. The proceeds will be donated to a good cause. English speakers are welcome.

Reacticon – 11.-14.10.2021
Four days on front-end topics from Magento and Shopware. No other conference offers such a focus on this topic. Reacticon is also free and online, so anyone can attend. The conference days are strictly divided by frontend solution or platform, so you can decide for yourself in advance which conference day or talk is particularly worth seeing.
The conference, themed “Bending Reality,” kicks off on 11.10. with a day on Magento Luma & Vue Storefront. Day 2 is dedicated to Shopware 6 frontending. On the 3rd day, 13.10., Magento PWA Studio is on the agenda.
We are especially looking forward to the final day. On 14.10. everything will revolve around Magento Hyvä Themes. Our colleagues Fabian Schmengler and Rajeev K Tomy will also be there at 2pm CEST with their presentation “The new React checkout for Hyvä”.

Magento Association Connect – 21.10.2021
Recently, the Magento Association has been a frequent topic of conversation around Magento Open Source. Many discussions have developed around how the Magento Community, Magento Association and Adobe could act and collaborate to help secure the future of Magento. Most recently, these issues were addressed in a panel discussion at Meet Magento Poland.
At MA Connect, which will take place about a month later, the future of Magento Open Source and the role of the Magento Association will certainly be a major topic.
